All medical queries are triaged and dealt with in order of urgency, all requests for urgent care need to be submitted by 12pm. We aim to deal with all queries within 5 surgery working days. Having submitted a query, it may be necessary for us to ask you for more information via a text template. If you see reference to “Florey” in a text link from the practice, this is genuine.
