Our triage form is accessible from 07:30 - 18:00 on weekdays. This will be read by a member of the team today, and responded to within 2 working days. If urgent and submitted before 17:00 we will respond on the same working day (usually within a few hours). Please keep your phone handy as we may phone or send a text message. If urgent after 17:00 then please call us on 01225 832226 . Please check for a reply.
