Our online triage forms are accessible between weekdays between 7.30am – 6pm for all enquiries including nursing , GP or clinical appointments along with all Admin requests . All GP or clinical appointment request we aim to offer an appointment same day so please contact us on a day you are available to for an appointment, this is subject to Clinical capacity and staffing levels. The forms will be read by a member of the Triaging team and we will get back to you same day regarding your request (Please note any admin requests submitted late on Friday afternoons may be responded to the following week when the surgery reopens) .
