Online contact is open from 8 am every morning until 6.30 pm and your request will be reviewed by a GP on the same day. You will then be offered an appointment on the same day or at a later date according to your needs. If we have an unsafe number of requests for that day we may need to briefly close our forms. Please do not enter Health Problem enquires on the 'Admin and Routine Care' form - this is for admin enquires and routine nurse appointments only. If you have an urgent query and we have closed to please call 111 or visit the RUH Urgent Treatment Centre. Please also read our website under the heading "Clinical appointments" for more details.
