If your request is about a routine administrative enquiry or a routine nurse appointment you can use the online option 'I have an admin or routine care request' option. You can also contact 111 ( online or via phone) who can triage your problem for an appropriate response. Please also read our website under the heading "Clinical Appointments" for more details
