Medical and admin requests can only be submitted weekdays between 15:00 Sunday – 18:30 Friday, excluding bank holidays. To ensure the safety and well-being of all our patients, the facility for submitting administrative requests over the weekend has been disabled. This decision was made due to safety concerns arising from patients using this platform to submit medical requests during weekends which would not be reviewed within 24 hours.
