Requests will be triaged by a GP within 24 hours, excluding bank holidays and weekends. They will decide on the most appropriate action, and you may be offered an appointment with a Nurse, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Physiotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner, Clinical or Community Pharmacist, or a GP depending on the clinical problem. We will aim to deal with urgent problems within 24 hours, for other requests please allow 72 hours for a response, timeframes exclude weekends and bank holidays. If all appointments in the next three weeks are filled, only urgent requests will be dealt with and other requests held in a waiting list. Please provide as much information as possible so we can provide the best help.
