Any online medical requests will be acknowledged and the appropriate advice given on the same working day if submitted prior to 6pm so we can offer the same service as we do if you call the practice. Any medical requests outside of these hours will be responded to the following working day. Admin requests will be acknowledged within 5 working days. Further advice will follow depending on the nature of the admin request.
