Medical Triage Information: Medical Triage requests are reviewed on the working day they are received. You will receive a response from the Surgery after your request has been triaged. If an appointment is needed, you will be contacted and booked with the most appropriate clinician or service at a Surgery‑assigned time. By submitting a Medical Triage request, you are providing consent to this process. Availability on the Day: Please ensure you are available to attend the Surgery on the same day you submit your request, should we need to see you urgently. Urgent / Acute Medical Requests: Urgent or acute medical issues must be dealt with on the same day. These usually require an on‑the‑day appointment. If you are not available at the appointment time offered, you will be redirected to NHS 111 or your nearest Walk‑In Centre, and your Medical Triage request will be closed. If all same‑day (acute) appointments are fully booked, you will also be directed to NHS 111 or a Walk‑In Centre, and your request will be closed. Administration Triage requests will be triaged within 3 working days of receipt. Please note we are unable to provide medical advice/guidance to patients who are abroad (seek local medical guidance).
