We will respond to your medical request on the same day (Monday-Friday). Please keep your phone available so we can contact you if need be. If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999. If we decide you need an appointment, we will contact you. By submitting a request, you are consenting to be referred to the most appropriate clinician or service, at a time allocated by the Surgery if needed. Please make sure you are available to attend the Surgery on the day of your request if required. Urgent or same-day medical requests must be dealt with immediately. If you cannot attend the appointment offered, your request will be closed and you will be advised to contact NHS 111 or a local Walk-In Centre. If no same-day appointments are available, you will also be redirected to NHS 111 or a Walk-In Centre. If you have not heard from us within the timeframes above, or if you need urgent help in the meantime, please contact the Surgery on 01296 711150.
