Medical requests will be reviewed within 1 working day (starting from the next working day after you send them), and administrative requests will be reviewed within 3 working days. If we decide you need an appointment, we will contact you. By submitting a request, you are consenting to be referred to the most appropriate clinician or service, at a time allocated by the Surgery if needed. Please make sure you are available to attend the Surgery on the day of your request if required. Urgent or same-day medical requests must be dealt with immediately. If you cannot attend the appointment offered, your request will be closed and you will be advised to contact NHS 111 or a local Walk-In Centre. If no same-day appointments are available, you will also be redirected to NHS 111 or a Walk-In Centre. If you have not heard from us within the timeframes above, or if you need urgent help in the meantime, please contact the Surgery on 01296 711500.
