Please do not call to chase up eConsults on the same day. Be alert to calls and text messages received as you may receive an appointment information in that way. When submitting an eConsult, ensure you've included a list of all your concerns and concerning symptoms to help us make a decision about how best to assist you. If this is not completed, we will send this back asking for more information to be submitted which could lead to a delay in response/treatment, or you could be offered an option that is not appropriate for the situation.
