We aim to read your message on the same day. Messages that need a same day or urgent response should be sent through early in the morning to help us assign available same day appointments. Please do not message us about urgent symptoms past the early morning. Be alert to calls and text messages received as you may receive an appointment information in that way. Our closest walk in centre is Slough Urgent Care Centre at 3 Priors Close, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 2BQ (open 8am-8pm seven days a week). Administrative requests such as fit note extensions and other reports can take up to 3 working days to process (these can be backdated if required and appropriate if there is available evidence). When submitting an eConsult, ensure you've included a list of all your concerns and concerning symptoms to help us make a decision about how best to assist you. If this is not completed, we will send this back asking for more information to be submitted which could lead to a delay in response/treatment, or you could be offered an option that is not appropriate for the situation.
