This service is only available for ROUTINE GP requests and will be read by a member of the team within 2 working days. We will then come back to you with an action. If a GP appointment is needed this may be up to 2 weeks ahead. Please phone the surgery for URGENT problems. This is NOT for medication requests. Please call the surgery for Nursing or Practice Pharmacist appointments. Please do not send in duplicate requests for the same problem.
