If you have an urgent request after 5pm, please PHONE the surgery to ensure it is dealt with as a priority. We, at The Grove Medical Centre, take your health concerns very seriously. However, more than ever before, we are limited with the resources we have to deal with them. You would help us greatly if you could make sure you are able to answer your phone if you have contacted us on that day or are expecting a call from us.
