This system is an alternative to phoning the Surgery. This means that the patient triage appointment system is only in operation within opening hours. We cannot guarantee that appointments will be booked, as it depends on our availability. Your request will be triaged by a GP and will be signposted accordingly. Any admin queries such as, fit note requests etc will be read by a member of the team and actioned within 2 working days. Only registered patients will be able to use this service.
