Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.30pm and all forms submitted during these hours will be assessed and responded to on the day.
All online consultations are reviewed by a clinician, and patients will receive a response within 24 working hours

Non clinical and routine enquiries may be deferred until the most appropriate clinician is available.
