Once submitted, our team will review your request during our opening hours (Monday-Friday 8am-6:30pm) and ensure it is directed to the most appropriate member of staff as promptly as possible. All medical requests are clinically assessed and if a clinician determines that your issue is urgent, it will be managed on the same day. You may be contacted by email, text message or phone depending on what is most suitable for your care. You will not receive an automatic confirmation message, so please make a note of your request ID for reference. To help us manage demand safely, please avoid calling the practice to follow up unless your situation has changed or become urgent.
