Most new requests we receive are usually read, triaged and actioned within a few hours. Requests received later in the day might be delayed to the next working day but still actioned within a 24hour period. Please note that the system is only open to medical requests between 0800 and 1800hrs Monday to Friday. You will not be able to send in a medical request outside of these times.
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
