Most new requests we receive are usually read, triaged and actioned within a few hours of receipt. All requests received between our core hours of 0800 and 1830 will be managed and processed appropriately, on the day they are received. Please note that the system is only open to medical requests between 0800 and 1830hrs Monday to Friday. You will not be able to send in a medical request outside of these times and should seek medical attention via 111 if urgent.
