Our online triage service is available Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:30pm (excluding bank holidays). You can use this service to request medical advice or submit an administrative query. We aim to review and respond to all medical requests within the working day; and will contact you by email, text, or phone to let you know how we are managing your request. For minor illnesses, your local pharmacy may be able to offer quick advice and treatment without the need for a GP appointment.
