You can expect a response to your request within 48 hours. Medical requests are reviewed throughout our core business hours or until we have passed a clinically safe limit. If your matter is urgent and you feel it cannot wait, consider calling (0208 3909996). At busy times, urgent requests may be re-directed to other services such as 111, your local Walk in Centre or A+E if we cannot accommodate. All medical issues are read daily by a GP who decides the most appropriate appointment time and type. Routine care requests can be requested for non urgent GP and nurse appointments for issues such as a review of your chronic health problem, a follow up appointment, or discussion about your results for example, and should be suitable for a future pre-booked appointment. All admin issues will be processed within 5 working days.
