This portal is currently open from 8am to accept Medical Requests. When completing the request form please include as much information as possible to enable the Central Team to manage your enquiry as efficiently as possible. You should hear back from the team within 72 hours after submitting the form. Please do not fill in the Admin request for anything medically related; as in speaking or seeing a GP. The surgery is closed after 6:30pm during the week and all Saturday Sunday and bank Holidays. If this is filled out incorrectly you will be asked to re-submit the form in the appropriate section. If you are requesting Repeat Medication be advised it takes 3 working days so please remember to keep this in mind.
