We use a triage system to ensure patients are booked in with the most appropriate clinician in a clinically appropriate time frame. Please provide as much detail as you can on the form so that your request can properly assessed. If you have submitted a medical request we will get back to you within 4 working hours. For all admin requests we will respond within 2 working days. We send messages to your NHS App, if you don't read them they will be sent to your phone but please download the NHS app and make sure your phone accepts notifications for messaging on it.
