Please note that requests submitted after 5pm may not be seen until the next working day. If your request is urgent and it is after 5pm, please telephone the practice. Due to the high volume of routine prescription requests received, we will NOT call or message you when it is done. Prescriptions are being processed within three (3) full working days. We would appreciate if you do not call the practice to follow this up.
