The online 'I have a health problem' form is closed due to meeting safe capacity for same day appointments.

If you have a clinically urgent matter in the afternoon this should be telephoned through to the practice on 01293 510900 where the receptionist will pass the information through to the team for consideration of clinical need that day, however we ask everyone presents early in the morning between 08:00 -09:30am where possible for GP appointments within the next 24 hours. Priority is given in the afternoon duty doctor to very unwell younger children, breathing issues, acute mental health, severe pain or sudden infections needing quick antibiotics.

Routine care is available via the admin form: This is for cervical screening, long term conditions, medication reviews, pre-travel appointments, monitoring blood tests, vaccinations, six week postnatal check or NHS health checks. We will contact you within 1 working day. Please do not call as well as sending an online form.

If this is another admin query, we will aim to respond to/action your request within 2 working days. We do not accept urgent requests via the admin online form on the same day so please telephone us for acute problems for consideration of clinical need.

Repeat prescriptions may take up to 72 hours to process, so please allow plenty of time for for your repeat medications.

For a FIT note the routine care form is for extensions only. New FIT notes are subject to an appointment with a clinician. Please do not request a new FIT note on the admin form
