Our medical request form is available from 08:00-12:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) to allow our GPs to safely manage the increasing workload. Our admin forms remain open for admin related queries and ROUTINE medical requests only. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN URGENT MEDICAL REQUEST AFTER 12:00 NOON, but instead call our reception team. Our phone lines remain open on weekdays (excluding bank holidays) until 18:30 for our team to help with urgent queries. MESSAGES SUBMITTED OUTSIDE OF OUR OPENING HOURS WILL NOT BE READ UNTIL THE NEXT WORKING DAY.
