Online medical requests can be submitted Mon - Fri 08:00-18:30. Forms submitted before 17:00 and clinically urgent requests will be responded to on the same day. Other requests will be responded to by the end of the next working day. For urgent queries, please send requests as early in the day as possible. If you have a routine care or administrative query, you can use the form below. This will be responded to by the end of the next working day. Messages sent by the surgery using AccuRx will be delivered to the NHS App rather than by SMS (if you have the NHS App installed with notifications turned on). If you do not read the message in the NHS App within 60 minutes, you will then be sent an SMS message. Patients who don’t have the NHS App will still be sent SMS messages.
