Our online (health problem) form for appointments or medical advice is available during surgery opening hours, if capacity allows. We will respond to urgent queries the same day, routine queries may take between 2-3 days. Our ‘Admin or routine care request’ form is for all other requests such as repeat prescriptions, sick notes, test results etc. This form is open from 8am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. We respond to these within 3-7 working days. For your own safety, please do not use 'Admin' form to request an appointment or medical advice.
