The Surgery is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm. Our online 'Medical Request' form for an appointment or medical advice is available on Monday to Friday. Our 'Admin Query' forms for all other requests such as repeat prescriptions, and test results are open 24/7. We aim to respond to these within 3 working days. For your own safety, please do not use these forms to request an appointment or medical advice.
