The surgery is open from 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. Our online ‘Medical Request’ form for an appointment or medical advice is available during opening hours and will be reviewed within four working hours and will then respond in due course based on whether it is urgent or routine. Our ‘Admin Query’ forms for all other requests such as repeat prescriptions, fit notes and test results are open 24/7. We respond to these within four working days. For your own safety, please do not use Admin forms to request an appointment or medical advice.
