The Practice is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 18:30pm. Please use the Admin or Routine Care Request option to request a blood test, smear, Asthma and Diabetic review, medication review, health check, repeat prescription request and a fit note. Please note that your request will only be reviewed during our opening hours.
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
