The surgery is open Monday-Friday, 8am-6.30pm, (except for bank holidays). You can use the online 'medical request' form for new appointments, new symptoms, changing symptoms and medical advice. These requests are read and responded to by our GPs. We aim to reply as quickly as possible to urgent requests on the same day but routine responses may take up to 1 working day. Routine appointment requests, medication queries and admininstrative requests can all be submitted through our 'contact the surgery online' page, responses will aim to be within 1 working day. Please do not use admin forms to ask for new appointments or urgent medical advice for your safety.
