Medical request

Our Practice Surgery opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6.30pm. Online medical request forms will be open from 8am- 6:30pm and responded within in 3 working days. Repeat prescription will be managed within 4 working days. Online admin request forms will be open from 8am-6.30pm and requests managed within 4 working days - any inappropriate requests will be rejected. Do not submit medical queries using the admin form. If you need urgent help call the GP practice within practice surgery opening hours. Outside these hours, contact NHS 111 or call 999 if it's an emergency.
