You can submit an online medical request between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please note that online requests are only reviewed by a clinician between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
If your request is urgent between 6:00pm and 6:30pm, you must call 01306 267113 to be triaged the same day.

For non‑urgent requests, we aim to respond on the same working day whenever possible. During very busy periods, this may be the next working day.
To help us triage your request appropriately, please provide as much relevant information as possible.

Before submitting a non‑urgent request, please consider other options that may be able to help you sooner:

The NHS App for fast and easy repeat prescription requests.
