The surgery is open from 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Our online ‘Medical Request’ form for an appointment or medical advice is available between 8am - 6:30pm. We aim to respond within 24 hours if it is urgent and within 5 days if it is routine. Please note you can always call us on 01483 766099.
Our ‘Admin Query’ forms for all other requests such as repeat prescriptions, and test results are open Monday - Friday 8am - 6:30pm. We aim to respond to these within 5 working days.
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
