Medical request

Full Capacity

Online enquiries will be available again on Thursday, 08 January at 08:00 AM. Medical request forms are off as we have reached full and safe working capacity . To ensure patient safety and prioritise those with the most critical needs, we are currently unable to take on any more medical requests for today as we have reached full, safe working capacity. We apologise for the unavoidable inconvenience this will cause, but patient safety is our highest priority. What this means for you: 1. Emergencies: If you have a life-threatening emergency, such as severe bleeding, chest pains, or difficulty breathing, call 999 immediately or go to A&E. 2. Urgent Care (non-life-threatening): For urgent medical help or advice for issues that are not life-threatening, please use NHS 111 Online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111. They can direct you to the most appropriate service, such as a local pharmacy or an urgent treatment centre. 3. Minor Illnesses: Your local pharmacy can provide expert advice and over-the-counter medicines for a range of minor conditions without an appointment. You can still use our admin form to submit a routine enquiry. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us to keep services safe for everyone.

If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
