Our clinical online triage forms are available during core hours. If you see an 'Outside core hours' message before these times, this means we have exceeded clinical capacity or are outside core hours and have paused online queries. You can still request an urgent appointment by contacting the surgery by telephone 8am to 6.30pm. Thank you.
