The surgery is open from 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

All on the day or urgent requests for appointments must be submitted by calling the practice. Gilbert House - 01372 276385. Linden House - 01372 375666.

For routine medical requests (appointments in 3-5 weeks), please use our online ‘Medical Request’ form for an appointment or medical advice. This form is available during opening hours and will be reviewed within three days, and we will then respond in due course. Alternatively please call the practice after 10am for non urgent appointments

Our ‘Admin Query’ forms for all other requests, such as repeat prescriptions, fit notes and test results, are open 24/7. We respond to these requests within three working days.

For your own safety, please do not use Admin forms to request an appointment or medical advice. For repeat medication, please allow up to four working days and then contact your pharmacy regarding collection if you have not heard from them.
