The practice is closed this afternoon to carry out staff training so that we can continue to offer high levels of care. As a result, this website form is switched off this afternoon but will be available as normal from tomorrow. Administrative requests can still be submitted via our Reception or Admin website pages and our prescriptions form is also still available. If you have an urgent medical problem, please call 01306 267113, as we have arranged for GPs to be available to support our patients. You can also speak to your local pharmacist or contact the practice tomorrow. You can also visit our self-help information and other services on our website.
