You can use this service for routine, non-urgent queries. Requests submitted during our core hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6:30pm) are reviewed and acknowledged on the same working day. We will let you know what happens next. This may include arranging an appointment, providing advice, or directing you to another service. Requests submitted outside these hours are reviewed on the next working day. Please note that this service is not for urgent problems and using it for urgent issues may delay your care. We may contact you by text, phone call or NHS App message within the next few days, so please keep your phone nearby.
