Online requests will be read and responded to within one working day. For example, a message submitted on Monday at 9am will be read and responded to before 9am on Tuesday. If submitted on Friday at 3pm, it will be read and responded to before 3pm on Monday After review of your online message a clinician may call you, ask reception to book an appointment at the surgery, directly refer you to a local pharmacist or book an appointment at the Extended Access at Bermondsey Spa Medical
