At Nexus, we operate a Total Triage system. This means all medical requests are first reviewed by a senior clinician. Based on that review, you will be contacted with advice, offered an appointment, or directed to a more appropriate service. When completing the online form, please provide as much detail as possible. Let us know if you have multiple issues to discuss or if you require an interpreter. If you feel your problem is urgent or needs to be assessed today, please contact us as early in the day as you can. The sooner you get in touch, the more likely it is that we can offer you a same-day appointment. Requests received after 4pm will be responded to by the end of the next working day.
