At Nexus, we operate a Total Triage system. This means all medical or nursing requests are first reviewed by a senior clinician. Based on that review, you will be contacted with advice, offered an appointment, or directed to a more appropriate service. When completing the online form, please provide as much detail as possible. Let us know if you have multiple issues to discuss or if you require an interpreter. To help us manage urgent medical needs effectively: IF YOU HAVE AN URGENT PROBLEM AFTER 4PM PLEASE CALL US ON 0203 302 3007. We will usually respond to medical requests the same day but non-urgent admin requests will be responded to within one working day. Our "Admin or Routine Care Request" form is open all day from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Please note: the "Health Problem" form may close temporarily at times of high demand to ensure that we can safely assess and respond to the requests already received on the same day. If the form is closed and your issue is urgent, please call us. If it's not urgent, please try again later.
