We are now implementing a total triage system. Please submit your forms and these will be triaged by a GP to decide the next step. Please note if you submit anything urgent after 16:30 you may be advised to contact 111 or attend a local urgent care centre. Routine requests may be processed after 16:30, depending on capacity these may triaged the next working day. Online requests will be responded to within 24 working hours.
