All messages triaged and deemed urgent by the practice will be actioned on the same day. All repeat prescription requests will be fulfilled and sent to your nominated pharmacy; this could take up to 3 working days. All med 3 requests will be actioned by a GP and you will be contacted. Our practice follows a "One Appointment One Problem" policy. Please do not submit more than one problem or request via the form. You will not receive a response from us for repeat prescription requests unless there is a query. All clinical queries are reviewed/triaged on the same day.
