Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 24 hours. Online consultation requests are available Monday to Friday. Any requests we triage and deem as urgent will be taken care of as quickly as possible. Requests will be processed and sent to your nominated pharmacy. You will only be contacted if there is a query about your request.
