You can contact us online during our core hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:30pm) for: • Non-urgent clinical requests. • Repeat prescription requests and medication queries. • Administrative requests. If you submit a request during core hours, we will respond on the same day. A response does not always mean an appointment. We will let you know what happens next — this may include triage, booking an appointment, signposting to another service, or providing advice. Our practice follows a "One Appointment One Problem" policy. Please do not submit more than one problem or request via the form. All messages triaged and deemed urgent by the practice will be actioned as soon as possible. All repeat prescription requests will be fulfilled and sent to your nominated pharmacy, this could take up to 5 working days. You will not receive a response from us for repeat prescription requests unless there is a query. We recommend you use the NHS App and turn on notifications to receive messages. https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app Responses to patient triages will primarily be via NHS App, SMS, or telephone call. Please note all incoming and outgoing calls are recorded.
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
