All requests are reviewed and responded to on the same working day. Our practice team includes a range of clinicians such as Advanced Nurse Practitioners, pharmacists, and physiotherapists. The triaging clinician will direct you to the most appropriate professional for your care, so you may not always be offered a GP appointment. If you feel you may need a same-day GP appointment, we kindly ask that you submit your request as early as possible in the day to ensure we can allocate you with an appointment easily. Please note we do not book urgent appointments in advance as we operate a daily allocation for urgent care.
