The practice is currently experiencing unmanageable demand for urgent care. Taking account of our practice team’s safety and the availability of other options for patient care we are only able to manage routine admin care requests via our online portal. Alternatively, we can signpost you to services such as NHS 111, your local pharmacy or walk in centre, or urgent treatment centre. We are sorry for this inconvenience, which is beyond our control. Please be aware that medical related requests submitted via the admin portal will NOT be reviewed by a GP and will be returned to the patient in the form of a text message, advising the patient to use the medical service when operational.
