What would you like help with?

Thanks for contacting us online. A doctor will look at your request and decide on the most appropriate course of action.

We hope to get back to you today but it may take longer if you have contacted us late in the day or if your problem is not clinically urgent. We may respond via the message service on your NHS app.

If it is after 4pm and you have an urgent medical problem please call us instead of submitting a form.

If we cannot make contact with you on two occasions you may need to resubmit your request.

We may:

(1) Ask you for more details or a photo

(2) Give you medical advice

(3) Offer you a phone or face-to-face appointment

(4) Direct you to another service that can help

There is currently a problem with appointment times shown on the NHS app. Please attend your appointment at the time stated in your text message or call.

If you are not happy with the outcome of your request please contact us online again or call us on 020 8985 2050.
