Welcome to Nightingale Practice. We are open between 8.00am and 6.30pm Monday to Fridays. All forms are reviewed by a GP who will offer you a suitable appointment or advise on the best way of accessing the care that you need. For GP consultations, we will aim to consult with you on the same day if you submit your form before 3.30pm. Please submit earlier in the day if you think you may need a face to face appointment. Any requests after this time, or during busy periods, will be viewed but not actioned until the next working day unless your problem is medically urgent - in these instances, please let us know when a call back is suitable for the following day. If you would like a pre-bookable appointment outside of core hours, please state this in your form. If there is availability, we can offer you some options.
