Online requests should only be used for non-urgent queries, and as such are reviewed by a GP by the end of the next working day (Monday – Friday) e.g. requests submitted on a Friday afternoon may be reviewed on Monday afternoon. With bank holidays, a further day to review is added for each bank holiday, as these are not working days. Please do not submit a medical query as an admin query as you will be asked to resubmit as a medical query.
