Medical requests are processed daily. Prescriptions requests will be processed in three working days. Administration requests will be processed in two working days. All online forms received before 4pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, will be assessed by a Clinician or Administrator. Anything submitted after 4pm will be reviewed within 48 hours.
