This is a NON-urgent facility for medical queries and is available to use Monday to Friday 07.00-15.00. Routine care and admin requests are available between 07:00-18:30. If you feel you need an appointment, please call reception to arrange this. We aim to respond within 2 working days. If you have an URGENT matter please CALL reception on 020 7435 7282. Please use the NHS App to order any repeat prescriptions as your request will be dealt with more efficiently.
