Online requests are reviewed by our Triage Team, and you will receive a response to your request within 2 working days. If the problem is URGENT and cannot wait please telephone the surgery to advise reception. Please note that if you are offered a same day appointment for an URGENT appointment and you choose not to attend, you will need to re-submit your form on a day you can attend. Please do not contact us again for the same problem within 48 hours if your condition remains stable as we will contact you, but if your condition does deteriorate within the time frame, then please contact reception to advise.
